Colorado Rapids Austin Sport reviews
Wamu sound is horrific
The concert at Wamu theater was fine, but the sound quality was atrocious, as usual. With so much bass and reverb, vocals and high melody notes were inaudible. The concrete room with curtains for walls made the sound muddy and reverberate. A really poor experience, although thankfully my phone videos cut out the reverb and bass, allowing me to hear the vocals again. If a proper concert venue were built in Seattle at Wamu size, someone would be a millionaire. It was under an hour and a half, quite short. Neither I nor anyone in my group could hear the vocals or high melody notes in the songs.
